Last weekend on the courts of Zagreb's Jarun, Beach handball tournament OVB Cup was held. The tournament had exceeded all the expectations and opened Beach handball season on the best way possible.

For three years now, our club, Detono Zagreb has been organizing Beach Handball tournament on International Labor Day. In last two events you could see a lot of kids on the Beach handball courts near the Big lake of SRC Jarun running around, playing, having fun and learning basic elements of this young sport(pirouette, in flights) this year's tournament won't be any exception.

We bring to you few information about new beach handball rules. This rules will be applied from this season (starting with Masters).You can see this rules HERE. Those rules are adopted last year at the annual congress of the International handball federation (IHF).

Two days ago electoral Assembly of Academic beach handball club Zagreb was held. Event was placed in the hall of Faculty of science. So, participants elected their candidates for new four year period.
