Few days ago we have recevied couple of new informations from the EHF considering upcoming European club Beach handball championship – Masters, which will be played in Fuengirola, Spain. Judging by the new informations, most of the things was expected but there are also a few surprises.

Hello, please introduce yourself and tell us something about your life, job and beach handball achievements.
My name is Antonio Herminio Guerra Peixe. I am Master in Education and Physical Education teacher. I'm in Beach Handball since 1995. I am the coach of the Brazilian National Team since 1998, in wich we were able to get the following results: Four-time Pan American Champion (98/99/04/08), 3rd place World Games in Japan (2001); Two-time world champion (2006/2010), 2nd place in the world Championship of Spain (2008); World Games Champion (2009) and Champion of the South American Beach Games (2009).
In the first interview in new season we brought to you few words about AXA Beach stars Budapest team-double European champions and one of the best beach handball teams so far. We spoke with Axa team meanger, Mr. Body Istvan. Enjoy
We will start with the overall result in women and men category. Two women teams have played 53 games and lost only 13. First women team have won 38 and lost just 4 in the entire season.
The two men team have played 83 games and lost 15. First team, Detono Zagreb have played 38 games with just 2 losses, semifinal in Crikvenica against Let Cepelin in shoot out and semifinal in Nagytad vs Damy Rade also after shootout. This brings us to a enormously high win percentage of 95%.
The 7th edition of the European Beach Handball Championships and the 2nd European Beach Handball Championships for younger age categories will be organised by the Croatian Handball Federation. The major Beach Handball events will be held in Umag, Croatia.
