The European handball federation delegated the referees and the delegates dor the upcoming European Championships which will be held from 9.-14.7.2013. in the Danish town of Randers. Nominated referees come from 8 European countries and currently at this moment those are 8 best European beach handball couples, led by the most experienced couple from Serbia (Vanja and Jelena) which participated on plenty of competitions so far.

Also, perspective couple from the Slovenia is also nominated which they definitively deserved it and the most important, Croatian best couple Rupčić and Botinčan will also be in Denmark. Rupčić and Botinčan were nominated for the previous two EHF competitions: European club championships that was held in Fuengirola and the EC held in Umag. They participated in semifinals on both competition which was the highest rank of the game they could get , because Croatian teams were in the finals in both cases. We hope that they will provide the same result by whistling on the semifinals in Denmark also because  we hope that Croatian teams will reach the finals.

Referees couples :

Botinčan/Rupčić (CRO), Doana/Gociu (ROU), Frieser/Frieser (CZE), Ajdnik/Smisl (SLO), Antić/Jakovljević (SRB), Christiansen/Ehlauge (DEN), Mandak/Rudinsky (SVQ) y Muñoz/Perez Outeda (ESP).

Trespidi (ITA), Horvath (HUN), Ostoić (CRO), Bebetsos (GRE), Nielsen (DEN), Zhiznevsky (RUS), y Johansson (SWE).

Also, one important member of the Croatian beach handball family will also participate as a BH delegate. Siniša Ostoić will be in Randers also, which means that Croatia became the only country (besides the host) that will have referee couple and the delegate on this competition. BHC Zagreb would like to congratulate to all the nominees.
